Cancelations, Rebooking and Charges

If a cancelation is made with less than 24 hours notice with no rebooking a 35$ fee will apply. 

If a cancelation is made with less than 24 hours with a rebooking approved by Maritime Cleaning a $25 fee will apply. 

We reserve the right to cancel or rebook a cleaning at any time.

In the event of a scheduled cleaning and we cannot access or clean your home, for whatever reason (door lock isn’t working, key wasn’t left out, no running hot water, etc.) a $45 fee will apply.

Payment must be paid upon invoice and before the next scheduled cleaning or we reserve the right to cancel your next scheduled booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee! If in the event you are unhappy with the work that was done, we will come back, at no cost to you, to fix anything we may have missed. 

What We Don’t Clean

We clean many things but there are a few things we don’t!

 

    • Human or animal blood, urine, feces, and vomit

    • Bodily fluids either from a human or an animal

    • Large sections of mold

In the event that we do find any of these things, we will clean around them.

We also don’t clean outside windows, anything that requires using anything taller than a 3-step ladder or fire or water damaged items/homes.

We reserve the right to not enter a home if a safety concern is recognized. This may include but not limited to: vicious or sick pets, black mold, etc.

What We Need to Clean Your Home

We bring all our own supplies! If there is anything special you’d like us to use because of allergies, sensitivities, or preference please let us know.

However there are a few things we require while cleaning your home.

 

    • Running hot water
    • Electricity
    • Temperature controlled environment
